Glen spent 24 years at Dyson growing from a 60 employee organisation to a global brand turning over £3.5bn and selling in 50 countries. At Dyson, he performed many roles, from leading a 20 market SAP back office rollout across 4 continents, to leading the IT function globally as IT Director.
At Specsavers, Glen led their Digital team, and a Digital Transformation to introduce new omni-channel customer journeys and modernize technology across store and online, using composable architecture across commerce, content, browse and search, and appointment booking.

In collaboration with Sanity, he has delivered innovative features that meet both demanding business and technical requirements.
